ARS is a highly structured transitional living program that includes 24/7 supervision, on-site drug and alcohol screening, and a Recovery Enhancement Program provided by East Coast Recovery Services. ARS is a Certified Level III residence by the Pennsylvania Alliance of Recovery Residences (PARR) and abides by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences' (NARR) National Code of Ethics.
